Although there is a due date for content to be uploaded for creators, brand have no limit on time to approve and review content. Depending on the brand, it could take anywhere from a day to a few weeks to approve content. This is due to internal approval processes with the brand's teams, timeline approvals, or just delay in the campaigns themselves.
For a best practice, if you have not heard back from the brand (or someone on behalf of the brand from Popular Pays) - reach out in the messages between the brand for an update, or reach out to support directly to help provide next steps.
