✉️ Want to be notified of the latest and greatest going on in your Popular Pays campaigns? Or maybe you'd like to see a few less unread emails in your inbox...either way, we've got you covered. To adjust your email notification preferences, follow the steps below:
- Click your initial in the top right corner of the platform to access our settings menu
- Click 'Account Settings'
- Click the 'Notifications' tab at the top of the page
- Adjust your settings according to your preferences
What kinds of campaign notifications does Popular Pays offer?
- Event-based notifications trigger email notifications any time a specific event happens in the platform.
- Our Campaign Digest wraps up the latest and greatest campaign information into one email notification, sent once per week, or every 6, 24, or 48 hours.
You'll see a column on the right side for each brand that you have access to so that you're able to customize your settings on the brand level (i.e., if you'd like to know all happenings about Brand A and only get a once-per-week email about Brand B, you can configure your settings accordingly).
