Sorry you're having trouble accessing Popular Pays! If you've logged into the platform and you can only see the navigation, but each tab loads a blank page, we have a helpful quick fix that might be the culprit (try this before writing into support to double check--if this doesn't work, please let us know).
Clearing your cache ✨
Safari
- Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol
- Click on Settings
- A new dialogue box will open
- Click Privacy
- Click on the Manage Website Data button
- To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all
- A new dialogue box will open
- Click Remove Now
- Wait a few moments, then click Done
Chrome
- Open Chrome
- Click More in the top right corner
- Click More tools
- Click Clear browsing data
- Select a time range, such as Last hour or All time
- Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
- To save your changes, you can close and reopen Chrome on a Windows computer, or quit Chrome on an Apple computer
