You can deactivate your account once all of your Gigs are completed or cancelled. Deactivating your account will disable your profile and will hid your data from people on the platform.
You can only delete your account if you don't have any pending or completed gigs. When you delete your account, any identifiers connecting you and the data on the platform will be removed from the platform. This cannot be undone.
To Deactivate your account on the iOS app:
- Go to Settings, then Manage Account.
- Select Deactivate my account.
To Delete your account on the iOS app:
- Go to settings, then Manage Account.
- Select Delete my account.
To Deactivate your account on the Website:
- Go to Account Settings, then Manage Account.
- Select Deactivate my account.
To Delete your account on the Website:
- Go to Account Settings, then Manage Account.
- Select Delete my account.
