If you would like to remove your social media handle, please send an email to support@popularpays.zendesk.com. Please provide either the email or social media handle that is associated with your Popular Pays account. We will remove the social media handle from your account, and then you will be able to update your profile with the correct handle.
Please note: If you are in an active campaign with the handle that you wish to remove, you will not be able to remove or relink your account until that campaign has been completed on the platform.
