Updating Location and Shipping Address

To update your location, go to creators.popularpays.com to login. Go to Profile Settings, then you will see Location Settings. Add your information, and then save to your profile. This will allow you to apply to campaigns specific to your location.

To update your shipping address on the app: 

1. Select Profile, and then the Settings gear on the top right of the app.

2. Select Shipping Address. 

3. Select the plus button on the righthand side of the screen and enter your new address. 

4. Select Done and it will save to your profile. 

To update your shipping address on the website:

1. Go to Account Settings

2. Select Shipping Address.

3. Select Add Shipping Address and enter your new address. 

4. Select Save Shipping Address and it will save to your profile. 

You can add multiple addresses to your profile, but we recommend removing any shipping addresses that you don't have current access to. 

If you're currently at your shipping address, that should be your location. Your location should be wherever you're based and would be physically to create content at the time of the gig you apply for.
