For alcohol brands, LDA compliance is an essential part of vetting influencers and creators. Verifying that 71.6% of a creator’s audience is above the legal purchase age used to require brands to manually secure various sources to prove that a creator’s audience was complaint. For our SaaS customers, we’re introducing a LDA filter when searching for creators on the Pop Pays platform. Applying the filter will instantly return LDA compliant creators and influencers in our community. Using first party data, we’ll indicate whether we have high confidence or less confidence that the creator’s audience is LDA compliant.

Audience is likely LDA compliant per Instagram's audience demographic data – 71.6% of followers are 21+ based on the sum of the majority between 18 and 24 years of age plus all 25+ years of age.
