Struggling with unresponsive Creators in your campaign?
Maybe a Creator hasn't communicated a need to submit content late, and it's a day past their content due date. Perhaps you've reached out asking a Creator to confirm creative direction, and you haven't heard back in over 24 hours. We know that life happens, but we also know that communication is key!
Best Practices for getting Creators to respond:
- First, we recommend following up within the in-campaign messenger. If your timeline allows, wait 24 hours for a response.
- If after 24 hours you haven't heard back from the Creator, you can also try to follow up using Threads.
- After following up, if you haven't heard back from the Creator, you can reach out to our support team by clicking the Zendesk button in the bottom right-hand corner of the platform. We'll be able to step in as a neutral party and ask the Creator to respond ASAP.
What to do if a Creator remains unresponsive:
- Finally, if a Creator still isn't responsive to both your brand team and our support team, we can remove them from a campaign. When removing a Creator, you are able to provide feedback as to why they have been removed, and as a star rating based on your experience working together.
