Adding a link to the page you want to drive traffic to is a great way to track the success of your influencer campaigns. When you accept a Creator into your campaign, a custom link will be generated for that creator to tie audience interactions back to their post. Here's how you can track interactions:
- In-platform, on the stats page
- Google Analytics
- Third-Party tools compatible with UTM parameters
In-platform
Within the stats page, you will see 'Total Clicks'. We track the total number of clicks that a Creator's custom link gets within the platform so you can easily view traction at a high level. Note: these clicks are not unique, meaning a single user could click multiple times and every click will be counted.
Google Analytics & Third-party tools
We assign UTM parameters to the custom links we generate so that you can assess traffic that came from your influencer campaigns and further analyze the data behind that traffic to figure out a variety of things about your potential customers, including:
-
Session time (length of time that visitor spent on site)
-
Browser type (i.e., Chrome or Safari?)
-
Location
-
Age
-
Gender
-
Sales conversions
-
And more…
How are these UTM parameters assigned?
-
Source = Creators name
-
Medium = Popular Pays
-
Campaign = Campaign Name
Note: At this time, we are unable to accommodate custom UTM parameters.
