What's the deal with 'No Stats Captured'?
Our platform connects to social network API endpoints to send and receive first-party data. Currently, our platform can only connect to one API at a time. For example, if your campaign is an Instagram campaign, we'll only be able to capture Instagram in-feed and Stories stats.
However, if you use our negotiation tool, you might have noticed the option to request additional social network posts, with (No Stats Captured) next to the other social network options.
In the above example, you can see that the Instagram posts, highlighted in green, will capture stats in-platform. The options highlighted in red, however, will not capture stats within this specific campaign. If you and your Creator agree to add on any of these deliverables, you'll need to request a screenshot of the post data after the Creator shares the approved asset(s) to social.
Alternatively, if you prefer to ensure that all stats are captured within the platform, you can also opt to launch a new campaign brief with the appropriate social network and invite your Creators to apply there as well. One important thing to note, not all of the options are supported by our platform API connections at this point.
Supported Networks:
- TikTok
- Youtube
What if the network I want to run a campaign on is not supported?
You can create a content-only campaign and then add additional deliverable requirements within the creative brief template. You'll have to manually verify that the Creators you want to work with have social handles associated with the desired social network before acceptance into the campaign. To track post-performance, we recommend asking Creators to submit screenshots of their data.
