What is Threads?

Threads enables communication with Creators, 1:1.

• You can message any Creator directly without launching a campaign
• You can attach and send files like forms, contracts, NDAs, content, etc. 

Maybe you are looking for one piece of content for an ad, or you want creative ideation from someone before launching a campaign just for them. Threads gives you the flexibility to keep communication streamlined, while not requiring a campaign/brief launch of any kind.

A few important things to note, about Threads specifically:

• Collaboration is encouraged, but we don't currently manage contracting via Threads. In order to ensure there is a contract in place, you'll need to launch a creative brief or attach a contract.
• Speaking of collaboration and contracting, we don't currently manage payment for any collaborations that are handled via Threads, so you'll need to arrange payment off-platform. 
  • Tip: we recommend using PayPal, as that is one of the options our Creators have when setting up payment preferences for on-platform payments. If you have questions about paying Creators off-platform, don't hesitate to reach out to your CSM or Support for assistance.
