Unable to access Creator shipping information within your campaign? We can help!
Our platform asks Creators to provide/confirm their shipping information in the application phase of the campaign. So, if you did not turn on fulfillment in the brief builder, our platform will not request this information from Creators in the application.
How can I ensure that fulfillment is turned on?
In the first section of the brief builder, you will see a section labeled Product Fulfillment, where you can select Shipments to ensure that all Creator shipping information is collected and displayed.
If I forgot to turn fulfillment on, how can I add that after my brief has gone live?
After submitting your creative brief, you're unable to make changes to it. You'll need to reach out to Support in-platform by contacting Support in the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard or emailing support@popularpays.zendesk.com with your request.
OK, fulfillment is on now, but I still can't see shipping info for all of my Creators.
Unfortunately, because the shipping information is captured and confirmed within the campaign application, if a Creator applied before fulfillment was turned on, we won't display their information. In this situation, we recommend using the messenger to ask a Creator to provide their shipping details.
