Organization Owners have the ability to invite colleagues to join the platform, assigning roles and permissions to each user. We'll go over what permissions each role is granted below. Organization Owner
The Organization Owner role has the same permissions as the Platform Member role plus the permissions listed below. Organization Owners have admin-level permissions that allow them to view or take action on account/subscription settings. Think of Organization Owners as account admins.

Create Brands: Allows a DashboardUser to add new brands to an organization
Create Dashboard Users: Allows a DashboardUser to invite dashboard users to join an organization
Deactivate Dashboard Users: Allows a DashboardUser to deactivate dashboard users
Assign Dashboard User Roles: Allows a DashboardUser to assign roles and permissions to all dashboard users under brand
Assign Dashboard User Brand Visibility: Allows a DashboardUser to assign brand visibility to dashboard users
Remove Dashboard User Brand Visibility: Allows a DashboardUser to remove brand visibility from dashboard users
View Brand Profile: Allows a DashboardUser to view the brand profiles and settings under their organization
Edit Brand Profile: Allows a DashboardUser to update and/or edit all brand profiles and settings under their organization
Platform Member
The Platform Member role has the ability to take action within the Campaign workflow and provides access to all subscription/SaaS tools outside of the Campaign page. Platform Members do not have admin-level permissions and therefore cannot view or take action on account/subscription settings.
Campaign Close: Allows a DashboardUser to close a campaign after all Creators have been marked complete
Campaign Pause: Allows a DashboardUser to pause the Creator application queue for a campaign
Campaign Reopen: Allows a DashboardUser to reopen the Creator application queue for a campaign
Create/Update Campaign Brief: Allows a DashboardUser to create a campaign creative brief and update an existing creative brief draft
Note: Once a creative brief has been submitted, it cannot be edited, as it acts as a legal contract between the Creator and Brand. Reach out to Support or a CSM to edit a brief post-submission.
Receive Campaign Digest: Allows a DashboardUser to opt-in to receive email notifications when a campaign goes live
View Campaign Action Items: Allows a DashboardUser to view action items per campaign
Campaign Index: Allows a DashboardUser to view a list of active and completed campaigns
Campaign Invite: Allows a DashboardUser to invite a Creator to a Campaign
View Invites: Allows a DashboardUser to view campaign invites sent to Creators

Creator Contract Completed: Allows a DashboardUser to immediately mark a Creator’s contract as completed
Note: Marking a Creator's contract as complete will trigger the payment processing period, discard any remaining pending content submissions, and complete any un-fulfilled deliverables.
Contract Cancel: Allows a DashboardUser immediately cancel a Creator contract within a campaign, refunding Creator budget to the Brand

Possible use cases for this role include legal team review, brand team review, creative team review, upper management oversight, etc. This role cannot take any action in-platform but can review campaign Creators and content as well as access all subscription/SaaS tools outside of the Campaign page.
