How to link a TikTok business account to Popular Pays

In order to launch TikTok campaigns on-platform, you will be required to link your TikTok business account to Popular Pays. This will enable our platform to properly connect to the TikTok Creator Marketplace API to provide your brand with first-party data for all of your TikTok campaigns.

Step 1

Go to the Organization Settings page 

On the Organization Settings page under the Brands tab, you will see the Connected Accounts section to the right. Click the gear icon and select 'Link TikTok'.

Note: the Organization Settings page is only visible to Organization Owners. If you don't see a gear icon in the bottom left corner of the platform, you'll need to ask your brand's Organization Owner to assign the Organization Owner role to your user OR link your brand's TikTok business account for you. 

Step 2

Sign into your TikTok business account

TikTok will request permissions for Popular Pays to sync. You should check off all permissions requested. Once approved, this will redirect you to the Popular Pays platform, showing that your account has successfully been linked to the platform.

Note: If the account doesn’t show as being linked right away, the platform might still be processing the request and should update itself within the next few minutes after redirecting. Please refresh the page after a moment and check again.
