Organization Settings

Welcome! 👋 Let's get your account set up for success.

Click the gear in the bottom left-hand corner of the platform to access the Organization Settings page. This page is only available to Organization Owners to manage admin settings. For information on the Account Settings page, that all users have access to, visit this article.

1. Add brands to your organization (our platform automatically generates a brand with the same name as your organization, but this can be edited). You will be able to add as many brands as your subscription allows for. Here, you can also upload a brand logo, link your Shopify store, and link your TikTok business account. 
2. Invite users to join your organization (we'll send them an invite via email). You can add users, select their roles/permissions, and give them access to brands. Here, you can also re-send a platform invitation email, see last login date, and deactivate users.
3. Review your subscription details to understand how many brands, users, active campaigns, and unique campaign participants your organization is allowed, and when your platform access will expire.
